COMPETITION LAW - A BRIEF OUTLINE

The Competition Act, 2002 (“Competition Act”) deals is the principal anti-trust law regulating anti-competitive business practices in India. The Competition Act regulates agreements with vendors, suppliers, customers and like as well as business combinations arising on account of mergers, amalgamations, acquisitions etc.
