Prem graduated in commerce in 1972 and in law in 1976. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Prem started his career in corporate sector and held senior positions in a number of companies, ranging from banking, financial services, and engineering and information technology sectors.
Prior to taking up private practice in law, he held the position of Company Secretary and Vice President of a widely held listed company, which was a subsidiary of an international IT major. Prior to setting up PRA, Prem was a senior partner in a leading New Delhi based law firm. He brings to practice his vast experience in corporate sector and in private practice gained over the years. He focuses his practice in the areas of corporate and commercial laws, mergers, acquisitions & corporate restructuring, banking, insurance, information technology, telecom and joint ventures involving financial and/or technical collaborations.
Prem has presented papers on diverse topics at national and international forums and has contributed a chapter on ‘Investing in IT – The Legal and Regulatory Framework’ to a leading international publication. He has attended management development programs conducted by leading business schools in India and overseas.

Jawahar handles the Dispute Resolution Practice and Regulatory Affairs for the Firm. He is a graduate in Economics and received his Bachelor’s degree in law, in 1992. Prior to joining PRA, Jawahar had worked with several leading Firms and represented large multinational corporations and Government companies in complex litigation and over the past 28 years had gained vast experience in handling diverse litigation.
He has handled a wide variety of disputes and litigation involving corporate, trade, commercial, anti-trust, indirect taxation and IPR issues and had represented domestic and international clientale in Supreme Court, all High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Competition Appellate Tribunal, various indirect Tax Tribunal benches across India, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission/ State Commissions etc. In addition, he is handling several arbitration disputes, both domestic and international commercial arbitration.
He has extensive experience in regulatory issues involving and has handled wide range of issues and actively participated in formulation of public policy. He has advised and represented Clients in relation to issues faced by Pharma industry including under DPCO, 1985, 1996 and 2013.

Srini is a graduate in Mathematics and received his Bachelor’s degree in Law in 1992. He is also qualified in areas of Finance, Cost Accounting and Company Secretarial areas. Srini's practice is focused in the areas of corporate and commercial laws, and he spends substantial part of his time in advising clients in matters relating to restructuring, including mergers and acquisitions.
As part of his work, he has been conducting extensive due diligence exercises in diverse sectors and has also been assisting clients in negotiating and executing transaction documents.
Srini has been advising clients in diverse sectors in manufacturing and services areas. He has been advising clients in areas relating to entry strategies for foreign investors, internal and external restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, apart from ongoing corporate legal advice to clients in different sectors.
Srini has been contributing to various publications and has also written a monograph on Competition Law in India for an European publication.

Sanjeev began his practice with an established law firm based in New Delhi prior to his association with PRA. Presently, his practice areas focus on corporate and commercial laws, mergers and acquisitions, competition laws, insolvency and bankruptcy laws and real estate.
Sanjeev has handled matters relating to mergers and acquisitions for leading national and international companies. He has been involved in negotiating various transactions for acquiring companies in the software, foods and drinks, household fittings, automotive components, FMCG Products and other manufacturing industries and has been involved in leading teams for procuring conduct of legal audits and due diligence for various multinational companies in FMCG sector, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, mining, financial services, hospital and IT/ITES industry.
He has assisted leading multinational companies in the telecom and automotive components sector in negotiating contracts with vendors, customers and third parties including contracts relating to revenue sharing arrangements, licensing of technology, supply, partnership, consultancy, employment, leases, leave and license, distribution, etc. He has assisted various international companies in the sectors of market research, telecom, automotive components, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas equipment in establishing their presence in India.
Sanjeev has made presentations on topics relating to mergers and amalgamations, and competition laws. He has attended various seminars and conferences on mergers and acquisitions, competition laws and submitted articles to various international journals and magazines. He is a registered member of the Bar Council of India.
